My Life’s Mission Statement

Tonight as I was reading The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, the author was talking about creating a mission statement.  I absolutely love this idea.  I think I will even get it made into a canvas so that it is hanging in my home.

I may even take it one step more and as a family, we can create our own mission statement and do the same thing.  Create a beautiful canvas with it and be reminded daily of the words that we have agreed upon as our mission.

I thought that I would share with you my personal mission statement today.

To fall in love with myself everyday.

To allow my dreams to take shape.

To be fearless with my goals.

To conquer my fears.

To believe in myself no matter what those around me are saying.

To enjoy the little moments in life with my children.

To expand my business and reach as many women as I can teaching them that self love is possible.

To teaching my children that no matter who and what they want to be, it is achievable.

To show my husband the love that he deserves and for him to know that he is part of my world.

To put smiles on stranger’s faces when they need it the most.

To teach my children that the best thing they can be is themselves.

My mission is to live my life so that when my children look back, they see the real, flawed, and wonderful woman that I am.  That they will remember all the fond memories that we created and that they will learn to live without regrets.

What do you think?  Do you have a personal mission statement?  If you do, I would LOVE to hear it!!
