My Story

When I was 18 I was raped.  From that point in my life, I struggled to find who I was.  I became a wife and a mother shortly after and my self love and positive body image was no longer there.  I hated who I had become, what I had looked like, and realized that it was starting to show to my children no matter how well I thought I was hiding it.

I needed to make a change and in 2014, I decided that I needed to tell people my story.  I knew that my story would make a difference to someone somewhere.  My journey is to help other women learn to love themselves.  We all deserve to be proud of who we are, to love who we are, and to become the best version of ourselves that we can be!  I am here to support women on their journey of finding themselves after becoming a mom.  I am here to support women on their journey of healing after a sexual assault.  I am here to be open and honest and let women know that they are not alone.
